About Énamour

Énamour began with a desire to create the skin care products that founders Marie Custeau and Damon Sloane wished they had when they started their journey as parents.

Marie set about concocting a line of safe and natural skin care products that soothe, smooth and hydrate. Énamour creams, oils and balms that are gentle enough for newborns, and equally nourishing for adult skin. They’re gently scented with essential oils, carrying a unisex scent everyone will want to wear.

Simple, smart, natural and stylish

Énamour is built around values — not a market study. Marie and Damon wanted to teach parents about the harmful ingredients in many commercial baby care products. And they wanted to give back to the community, by donating a percentage of all sales to charity.

The founders wanted a new look for their products. As a minimalist, Marie longed for alternatives to the garish designs on most off-the-shelf baby products. Énamour products feature Marie’s clean design aesthetic, with simple containers and clean, minimalist packaging (so they look great in your bathroom).

Énamour ingredients are locally sourced and organic whenever possible. Everything we make is certified by PETA to be cruelty-free and vegan. Our products are proudly manufactured at our lab in Montreal, where we adhere to the highest standards for safety and quality.

Giving back is important to us. As a business, we’re here to educate consumers and give back to the community (not to make a huge pile of money). We donate two percent of all Énamour sales to the Women’s Centre of Montreal, an organization that gives women and their families the support, tools and services they need to help themselves. We also are part of the 1% for the planet program.
